Marketing Lead

Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)Our client is a customer centric, kiwi owned and operated supplier of meat and food processing, instrumentation and consumable products that they manufacture or distribute across Australasia. They're future focused, keen to give anything a go and keen to keep growing the business through effective execution of a robust and innovative marketing strategy.We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate with a few years' experience under their belt ready to step up, and grow their career as a generalist within a fun, flexible and supportive environment. The role is based in Auckland and provides the opportunity to take the reigns of this marketing function across multiple channels.Key Areas of accountabilityWith the buy-in and backing of the Leadership Team, develop and execute the marketing strategy;Look after your marketing budget – planning, administration and reporting on ROI.Maintain external documents – including flyers, catalogues, sales collateral and social content across a variety of channels and mediums;Maintain price files;Manage and build online presence of the various products including websites and social media;Support the team with customer relationship management and supplier relationships.Key Candidate Requirements2+ years' experience in Marketing – ideally with some exposure to a relatively large product range. These guys are predominantly B2B but some B2C too.Some experience managing social media, EDMs, Design Software (Adobe Suite, Canva etc) and exposure to Squarespace and Wordpress.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, with strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.A proactive approach to creating and implementing strategy, then demonstrate its effectiveness and ROI.This is an awesome little company that will surprise you.
