Marketing Lead

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

To lead Sandfield's Marketing and Communications programme, internally and externally.
Managing the existing marketing comms role and external marketing related suppliers/contractors.
Set marketing strategy for all Sandfield brands - then managing the programmes of work to the agreed plan and budget.
To champion the brand, maintaining consistency of output, ensuring all elements of the company understand the brand, its goals and their roles in maintaining the brand experience.
Responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of the marketing and communications programme including (but not limited to)Content production
Digital marketing
Social media management
Website
Public relations
Marketing events
Reporting

To work with the product and service leads to align marketing to the various roadmaps, providing go-to-market campaigns and supporting collateral.
To work with the CEO to establish agreed marketing KPIs then provide ongoing management and reporting against them.
Support the HR lead in building Sandfield's employment brand, including key internal communications.
Manage the marketing technology stack including website, email marketing, CRM, analytics and SEO tools in conjunction with the digital team.

Demonstrated internal leadership with various stakeholders.
Confident communicator one-on-one through to addressing large audiences.
Strong marketing generalist with the ability to deliver across digital, event management, content production, product marketing and communications.
Has experience delivering marketing initiatives where there is a complex and long-term sales cycle.
Can pivot, change and show resilience in a dynamic environment.
Sound financial and budgetary management.
Strong management skills and a desire to share knowledge with others.
Ability to communicate complex marketing concepts in simple terms.
