We are also quickly developing innovative and market-leading supply arrangements to meet the demands of commercial and industrial customers.About the Role: Lodestone Energy is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a brand strategy that resonates with key stakeholders, local communities, and households across Aotearoa. You will be the steward of our brand, shaping and communicating our vision and mission, and ensuring our brand's growth and enhancement within budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the General Manager to craft and execute a comprehensive brand strategy.Manage all brand aspects, including collateral, consistency, enhancement, and awareness.Lead initiatives, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and social responsibility programs.Oversee all social media content and platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant communication.Utilize data analytics to stay ahead of market trends and forecast future consumer behavior.Maintain and update the company website with fresh and compelling content.Monitor public opinion and interest in Lodestone Energy, adapting strategies as needed.Develop risk assessment and crisis management plans to protect the company's reputation.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing our brand's reach and impact.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful brand management.Skills in web design and content management systems.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of delivering messages compellingly.A blend of strong analytical abilities and a creative mindset.Demonstrated organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines within budget.Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail.Resilience, high energy, authenticity, and a commitment to doing what's right for our partners and the company.A culture of innovation and respect for diverse ideas and contributions.Join us at Lodestone Energy, where your expertise will help illuminate businesses and empower communities throughout Aotearoa.
