To help promote Auckland to New Zealand, we need a Marketing Executive- China Digital to join our energetic and passionate Tourism team. You’ll work with a dedicated Manager to support with executing campaigns and marketing activity as well as drive content coordination for our marketing efforts including our EDMs and social media. You’ll coordinate familiarisation itineraries and build relationships with industry to fulfil these.
You will manage and work with the external content creator to produce bi-weekly publications for the Destination Auckland WeChat official account in Chinese Mandarin as well as engaging with the virtual society across all the Destination Auckland Chinese digital channels.

You love Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland. Tourism experience is a plus but what we’re really looking for is someone with solid experience of implementing consumer marketing campaigns and managing them end to end.
You live and breathe digital and have achieved great outcomes through executing integrated marketing campaigns. You’re a great communicator who builds and maintains effective connections with your stakeholders. Teamwork is important to you. Delivery focussed, you’re comfortable working at pace and managing multiple deadlines while maintaining balance and calm.
You can speak, read and write fluently and professionally in Chinese Mandarin. You will have a solid grasp of the Chinese digital landscape and understand how social media works for the Chinese audience.
