To that end we have an opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join the team in the permanent role of Marketing Excellence Leader reporting to our Category Strategy & RGM Director based in Auckland.In this role you will lead a team of two, supporting our Marketing purpose of being World Class Growth Architects through the ownership of the Marketing function's ways of working, including our commercial and activity planning processes.Key to success in this role will be your ability to continuously improve how we work as a Marketing function via facilitating our Integrated Business Planning forums, refining how we bring our activities to market and supporting the embedment of our quarterly activity planning rhythm & task management tools across the marketing team to ensure our processes, systems, data and reporting are World Class creating a great stakeholder experience.You will need to have experience in agile ways of working and commercial understanding of FMCG and its key levers. You will also demonstrate an understanding of how people, processes and technology can be leveraged to improve productivity that translates into our brands turning up better in market everyday.
