Are you an awesome event coordinator with proven experience in delivering engaging conferences or functions? Want to build your skills as a marketer whilst you let your events experience shine?
As part of the growing CoAct marketing team, The Marketing & Events Coordinator will work alongside our Marketing Services Manager, assisting with the development and management of marketing projects across various communication channels such as digital (social, EDM, SEM) content, offline and local activities.
You will also develop and co-ordinate the two key events in the CoAct calendar. You will manage sponsorship, communication plans and utilise your creativity to ensure a successful event that positions CoAct as the industry leaders that we are.

What youll bring
Marketing campaign coordination
Project coordination experience
Proven experience in organising well-run events
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Proactiveness and a high level of organisation and attention to detail
Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Adobe Creative suite skills
Experience in the Community Services sector
