Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) NZWindows is a long-established group of companies, being one of the largest aluminium window & door manufacturers in New Zealand. You will Coordinate marketing services for the group alongside the Group Manager and Company directors, including content creation, advertising, website and social media administration all aimed to maximise our brand awareness and marketing effectiveness. The main responsibilities of the role include: Copywrite and video content for website, social media, print ads and internal staff communication. Actively manage social media channels for NZWindows - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube. Develop and create social media advertising campaigns to build brand awareness, increase social reach and engagement. Manage SEO and marketing strategies to generate leads, track and analyse all digital campaigns and provide regular reports. Graphic design work to create print ads, building signage, invitations, flyers, business cards and information packs. Video editing to create monthly newsletters and training videos. Create monthly staff newsletter. Oversee and manage photo library. Skills and Attributes required: You are exceptional at management of your workload and your time allocation and organisational skills are second to none! Digital marketing and Social Media knowledge High level of computer competency, experience in Adobe CC Suite i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Video editing experience Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple requirements. A naturally well organised person with attention to detail. Quick to learn new processes and new technology.
