We are after an experienced Marketing Coordinator who can help manage and implement our local and national marketing activity SBA Small Business Accounting is a successful national franchise business with over 60 branches nationwide We need someone who is comfortable implementing and delivering end to end B2B campaigns across all channels As well as campaign management you will spend your time working closely with our individual SBA branches to help them implement their local marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives You will need to show a good understanding of the NZ small business and or financial services market With loads of autonomy this is a busy and varied role where no 2 days are the same You will take ownership of the annual marketing plan to ensure it s delivered successfully and make recommendations to the GM when needed Good communication and time management are essential Key responsibilities Ownership and implementation of the SBA national and local marketing campaigns End to end campaign delivery across all channels print digital radio events website social Implementation of social media and online advertising Design and create marketing collateral and key resources flyers posters banners Liaise with franchisees and implement local marketing flyers posters ads Coordinate local advertising spend requirements Websites updates copy banners imagery new landing pages reporting tracking Monthly reporting to aid marketing decisions Working with key suppliers and agencies Ownership and coordination of regional and national conferences You will need At least three years working in a marketing role Experience and or good understanding of the NZ small business market Experience managing campaigns end to end Good experience with social and online advertising Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Experience of the Adobe suite ideal but not essential Must be competent in Word Excel and PowerPoint Experience in either franchise organisations B2B accounting or financial services a bonus You will also need to be able to work closely with third party suppliers and stakeholders and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to maintain and build relationships Has the right to work and live in New Zealand The application form will include these questions How many years experience do you have as a marketing coordinatorWhich of the following online advertising methods do you have experience withWhats your expected annual base salaryHave you completed a qualification in marketingHow would you rate your English language skillsRight to live and workYou must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job Report this job advert
