Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the marketing team with the execution of various marketing activities and communications across multiple platforms. With a focus on digital initiatives, including website management, social media engagement, and online content creation, you will contribute to seasonal campaigns and digital advertising programs.Responsibilities:Support NZ digital and online platforms, social media channels and digital communications by ensuring they are timely, accurate and compliant with brand guidelines.Contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of seasonal marketing and advertising campaigns, new product introductions and launches.Collaborate with social media planning, briefing, posting and community management, including working with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors.Create regular and ongoing email marketing content.Provide support for management of marketing and trade materials including clothing, giveaways, product bulletins, product catalogues, prices, brochures, flyers, signage, ads and POS material.Support our customer dealer network with website, digital and e-commerce support and communications.Actively assist with organisation, planning, execution and follow up of events shows, training and road shows.Day to day administrative support including approving and processing coop advertising claims, occasional travel bookings.Your Profile:Experience in Adobe suite, specifically Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop highly preferred.Experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite is essential.Social media experience would be well regarded with Meta and YouTubeExperience working within a varied and busy digital marketing role with administrative support experience.Exposure or experience with website management and e-commerce desirable.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant work history would be highly regarded.We are seeking someone with exceptional attention to detail, who can demonstrate excellent self-management, organisational, time management skills, and who's strong written and verbal communication skills enable them to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess a positive, can-do attitude and be eager to take on new challenges.
