Job DescriptionAt the heart of our dynamic enterprise is the pivotal role of the Marketing & Communications Manager. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative marketing and communication strategies throughout the entire organization. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with NPDL business managers, third-party advertising agencies, and our TWC External Affairs team to drive the development and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns, adept brand management, impactful public relations initiatives, and seamless internal and external communication efforts. Your overarching objective will be to elevate our company's brand prominence, fortify its reputation, and expand its reach, all while providing crucial support for business growth.
Here's what you will be doing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This includes defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging.Brand Management Ensure brand consistency and integrity across the Group, both internally and externally.Build on, and maintain, branding guidelines across the Group and all business operations.Content Creation Develop engaging and compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials for various marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email, print collateral).Produce written communication that delivers our message succinctly and consistently, both internally and externally.Support Talent Acquisition initiatives that lead to brand exposure with the view of promoting our brand as an 'employer of choice'.Digital Marketing Manage digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic and engagement.Develop and oversee our social media strategy including content planning to enhance our online presence and engagement.Internal Communications Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment across the group.Produce written communication for company announcements, updates and news.Ensure that important company information is effectively communicated to all team members across the Group as and when required.Analytics and Reporting Regularly monitor and analyse marketing and communication performance metrics.Use data insights to optimize strategies and campaigns as well as business decision making.External relationships Manage relationships with charities and not-for-profit organisations in relation to how we can support their shipping needs. This includes working through what options are available for better pricing and how we can promote the partnerships and create further brand exposure.QualificationsHere's what you'll bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalentGood design skills including Canva, InDesign, Mailchimp and similar platformsAdvanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint with previous exposure to Power BIExperience in working in data rich environments and presenting insights to management/non-technical audiencesExperience with digital marketing having developed digital channels of communicationExperience leading and overseeing internal and external communicationsExperience with SQL and Python would be an advantageExperience developing collateral and business material that increase brand awareness in the marketplace.Demonstrated writing skills.Excitingly adept in written communication, you will possess a dynamic skill set that encompasses the art of crafting and publishing compelling articles with a concise and impactful writing style. Your expertise extends across social media platforms, where you will actively play a pivotal role in driving and maintaining a strong online presence for our brand. Serving as an intermediary within a diverse spectrum, you will seamlessly navigate between entities and business units whilst acting as a central figure ensuring brand coherence, quality, and consistency. Additionally, you will be the essential link between businesses, brands, The Wonderful Company and our agency facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
