Marketing Co-ordinator - Loyalty & Direct Listed 1 day Ago Bidfood Distribution and Supply The opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join Bidfood, the largest wholesale food distributor in New Zealand, in a full time permanent role within their high performing, ambitious marketing team.  Our team are proud Bidfooders; we get excited about food, we take inspiration from our customers, and we are passionate about the service we provide them.  Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Loyalty & Direct, you will be responsible for helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sustainable commercial growth, customer loyalty, and engagement. You will assist in running our well-established loyalty program, Bidclub, to drive profit through supplier media planning, and execute a broad program of connected marketing campaigns. Overview of responsibilities: Loyalty programme:   - To assist in the management and execution of our loyalty programme, Bidclub.  - Helping to shape the strategy across the marketing mix, ensure the process and operations are accurately executed, engage supplier partners for participation in the program, and launch quarterly campaigns throughout the year.  Direct marketing:   - Define the role and execute a plan for our 'always on' platforms ( MyBidfood, email, mobile marketing, printed brochures.)  - Work collaboratively to launch numerous product marketing campaigns over the year. Ensure customer needs are met and oversee the full process, from brief to launch. - Shape the media plan for supplier advertising. Define the role and cost of media space across our channels, the return on investment and financial gain, and work collaboratively to build a total year plan of product led marketing campaigns. Analysis, insight, and leadership:   - Develop analysis tools and conduct research to review, improve and communicate performance across all channels and programs. - Educate and embed best practice with suppliers, branches and internal teams. - Responsible for ensuring all activity drives profit, return on investment, and financial success for Bidfood. Skills & Experience What will make you successful? Collaborative and pro-active with looking for ways to improve processes and ensure we are maximising every campaign performance. A very high attention to detail and level of accuracy is a must. A high level of understanding data and excel. You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo - there is no such thing as a bad idea. There is a high level of direct contact with all stakeholders so being comfortable reaching out and fielding queries to go "above and beyond" will be vital in your success in this role. There will be a requirement to travel occasionally to work at our annual Trade Shows throughout New Zealand. Experience Required: Excel : Essential - Intermediate to Advanced. Comfortable working in spreadsheets and excel formulas.  Email campaign management : Advantageous but not essential.  Social Media Marketing : Advantageous but not essential.
