This strength has been built on providing customers with safe, effective, well-engineered products and an array of energy efficient products including electric storage, heat pump water heaters, solar, gas continuous flow and boiling water units.The RoleBecause the internal marketing team at Rheem is small, delivery of the marketing plan involves frequent close liaison with a wider virtual team of agencies and contractors. The most important aspect of this role, which makes it enjoyable and enriching, is enabling the synergies of this matrix to be realised.Examples of the outputs you will deliver, which as noted, require close liaison with long-standing client relationships and supplier/partner networks, include:managing delivery of advertising and promotional materials as well as branded merchandise requirements,
updating website content,
helping organise events,
implementing social and digital marketing campaigns,
adding value by identifying ways in which things could be done better, and
staying on top of some regular administrative responsibilities.
You will know from working in a similar situation that in practice projects often throw up bumps on the road. This means you will not be fazed by the unexpected but rather bring your commercial, creative problem-solving skills into play to find workable solutions.What we are after:We seek candidates who have:5 years' experience in a commercial, marketing or sales support role where written and verbal communication skills have been honed
great inter-personal skills that mean you can relate to a variety of personalities and styles.
the ability to self-manage and effectively prioritise tasks
excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
the ability to multi-task and manage changing demands
