About Our Client

Our clients Marketing team is top notch so you will be working with the best of the best! They are centrally located and looking to bring someone on to cover a short maternity leave. The role will initially be anywhere from 3-6 months and will be discussed during the interview stage.
Job Description

Unlocking the value in our data and knowing how to leverage data to deliver superior customer experiences
Build targeted audiences, automations and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Implement customer segmentation strategies that are aimed at growing LTV by creating and mapping target audiences to the right journeys/experience by their behaviours/attributes in SFMC
Provide channel performance reporting or insights on customer engagement e.g. Open Rates, Click through rates or audience overlaps/opportunities
Good grasp of direct/digital marketing techniques such as test & learn, experimental design
Strong attention to detail, quality control and constantly seeking process improvements
Ability to work in cross functional teams and be able to explain technical solutions clearly to a range of people

The Successful Applicant

High level of data literacy
Good grasp of direct/digital marketing techniques such as test & learn, experimental design
Fabulous attention to detail, quality control and constantly seeking process improvements
Ability to work in cross functional teams and be able to explain technical solutions clearly to a range of people
Experience with CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with digital analytical tools like Google analytics or Data Management platforms
Previous experience with languages like SQL and HTML would be a plus
