Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various strategic initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities- Manage social media platforms and engage with customers to build brand loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and content- Coordinate events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility- Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing efforts- Assist in strategic planning and budget management for marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software- People management and strategic planning skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
