Following a review of national office support functions at Vaka Tautua, the new role of Marketing & Communications Lead has been identified. The position reports directly to the Head of Finance & Corporate Services. The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional national and regional teams to develop marketing and communication plans for Vaka Tautua's overall activities, which are consistent with its brand representation and strongly aligned with its organisational goals. You will be responsible for the development of the plans and for ensuring their successful execution, either by you directly or via outsourcing the requisite capabilities. About you: You will be passionate and motivated to significantly contribute to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for Pacific peoples, families, and communities through delivery of effective marketing and communications strategies and actions that enhance the visibility of Vaka Tautua's services and strengthen meaningful connections and relationships. You will have: Proven skills in marketing development, communication in all forms Experience in communications and marketing role. Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage projects within budget. Record of initiative in developing innovative solutions Ability to write well across PR and all forms of media, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Web and social media development skills Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms and analytics tools Exceptional relationship expertise, with the ability to build rapport and effectively nurture both internal and external relationships. Flexibility to adapt to fast evolving circumstances.
