Help us take our marketing to the next level!We're looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department. You will assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing marketing materials, and maintaining databases. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including marketing managers, sales teams, and external vendors, to help achieve marketing objectives.
This full-time position works ASAP until October 15, 2024, andwill work at our head office in beautiful Nelson, BC. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The successful candidate will also be required to work on-site at the festival locationnear Salmo, BC for 1 month in July.

As the brand continues to go from strength to strength, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.
Roles and Responsibilities: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets, Documents, ect) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms). Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Creativity and problem-solving skills to contribute innovative ideas to marketing initiatives. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the success of the organization's marketing efforts. An interest in spreadsheets and proofreading is a bonus. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in marketing administration or project management. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and SEO. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required.
