This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career within a large, iconic NZ company. In this role, you will be the vital link between our breweries and our consumers & customers in terms of Market Quality. You will partner our breweries to achieve the highest level of quality on products produced by managing complaints escalated via the Customer Service Centre and providing feedback to breweries through trade & warehouse audits. Key to your success will be: Strong communication capability with a high learning agility Problem solving ability combined with the capability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders Comfortable leaning into courageous conversations with internal stakeholders, customers and/or consumers Drive for results and a continuous improvement mindset Tertiary qualifications in a technically related discipline i.e. Science, Supply Chain or Communications will be advantageous.
