For the 1st time this role is changing hands & this is due to internal promotion to a larger one of the group's sites. You will benefit from the luxury of a generous hand-over period as the incumbent stays within the organisation.

THE ROLES: Responsible for leading & directing the daily operations of the site. Managing team of processors, graders, maintaining updates to the production schedule, manage the direct labor personnel on the floor, influence execution of the processes, health & safety, cleanliness & more.  THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/BE:
Min. 2 years leadership experience - preference for food/ FMCG
Demonstrated success in people leadership
Effective communication skills up & down the chain
Ability to liaise with stakeholders
Computer savvy, reporting, forecasting, documentation
Immediate NZ work rights
