They are planning to bring finance in-house for the first time and are looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to own this.About the RoleSupported by an accounts assistant you will own day-to-day finance but also be heavily involved in commercial decision-making across the business around manufacturing, supply chain and sales. Systems and process improvement will be an initial focus. You main responsibilities include but will definitely not be limited to;Ownership of core finance, board reporting, external reporting, tax, etc.Lead critical financial projects, including roll-out of a new finance system and reporting toolsManufacturing accounting, business partnering and analysisCommercial support in other areas including sales, procurement, supply chain, etcBuild a close relationship with the GM and support them on new initiatives.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?You are a commercially astute, hands-on senior accountant, driven by innovation and precision. You have hands-on exposure ideally in manufacturing or transferable environments - this is a must!
