About the RoleReporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager at our Papakura site you will take responsibility for providing technical engineering support to the manufacturing reliability team as well as drive the technical engineering continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing business This is a fantastically varied role with a mix of hands on work and continuous improvement activities as well as coaching of staff on site in best practice maintenance methodologies and Root Cause Analysis Other key responsibilities include Reviewing machine performance and machine efficiency to develop improvement solutionsSponsoring compliance with a focus on work method safety and routine servicing of essential services Perform Root Cause Analysis on all critical failures of plant within the manufacturing business Assisting with planning and coordination of major refit activities Coaching and developing trade qualified employees Review effectiveness of spare parts and develop methodo
