We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

You'll be responsible for proactively developing and managing strong external relationships, liaising with CEOs and Boards, Human Resources Directors and remuneration professionals across a wide variety of organisations and industry sectors.
You have a pivotal role to play in overseeing the quality of every engagement that you manage, making sure we deliver high quality, impactful solutions that exceed client expectations.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, human resources or a related field
At least 5-7 years' experience in a specialist remuneration-related role within a consulting firm or a large organization
Alternatively, your background might be a wider HR Generalist remit but within a Consulting environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstratedacross a wide variety of formats
Strong proficiency on MS systems, especially Excel
Confidence to interact with stakeholders at the highest levels of the organisation
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Continuous learning : personalised career development including coaching, experiences and formal learning so you'll develop the mindset and skills you'll need to thrive in the future.
