Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay is looking for someone with a wide range of admin experience to lead our secretarial service. The Manager, Secretarial Service will lead and develop our established typing and secretarial teams.
You'll need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You'll have a passion for making a difference, achieving results and be hungry for a challenge. You'll work alongside our wider Administration Service so being able to work collaboratively is a must!
We're looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and loves sharing their knowledge and expertise. It's essential that you're able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, you should have;
Extensive admin experience (ideally some experience within the health sector)A people-focused approachCompetence in financial management principlesStrategic and operational leadership experienceA focus on contribution to the National Health TargetsLocated in the sunny Hawkes Bay we live in pure paradise.
