In this role, you'll leading a team of planners (various levels) leading their resource work, navigating through challenges and steering them towards a sustainable and vibrant future. You'll be overseeing and reviewing the resource consent applications and contributing to strategic and operational planning for the organisation. 
Key Responsibilities: Manage a small team of planners at different levels.Manage and coordinate complex resource management consent processes (RMA)Provide robust resource management advice to both internal & external stakeholdersOverseeing, guiding, developing, and preparing regulatory policy Engaging with stakeholders and the community Educating and empowering the community through outreach programs and workshops Support the wider team, including coaching/mentoring junior members of staff Receiving, processing and managing resource consents Your Experience:  Proven experience in people leadershipExperience in Resource Management (RMA) and planning consentsStrong and proven communication skillsExperience in consents planning desirable If you are interested and would like to find out more, please select APPLY or send your CV to ****** today!
