About the role?
This is a great opportunity to take on the most senior ICT role within our organisation - the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA).
This is a key third-tier leadership position, reporting directly to the Group Manager, Corporate Services, which is responsible and accountable for all of EECA's ICT systems, infrastructure and, knowledge and information management.
You'll be leading a team of four as well as our outsourced networking partner, but you'll also be 'hands on' creating and developing EECA's ICT strategy and architecture to ensure all ICT systems, knowledge and information management structures, and processes are enabling EECA's operations and objectives to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.
?About you?:
You'll have a track record of delivering customer centric outcomes for your customers where the customer ICT experience is the top priority
An in depth thorough knowledge of ICT infrastructure, software (i.e. Window OS environment) and knowledge and information management practices
You'll be someone who enjoys leading a team and be passionate about developing a high performing team that's built on trust and respect
Strong financial management
The key to driving our strategy forward will be your superior analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with your outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. On top of all of this, you'll have a passion for mobilising New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.?
