This role will be primarily based at our Queen Street campus,with a requirement to travel across the various Auckland Dynaspeak campuses.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing education support coveringall aspects of the programme across our four sites. This role will requirehands-on involvement in pre and post moderation, process, and policyimplementation, assessment generation, report generation, and presentation. Aspart of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to strategicdecision-making and drive excellence in education delivery.Some of the key responsibilities will be:Oversee moderation processes, ensuring compliancewith established policies and procedures.Create and review assessments, both pre and postmoderation, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.Generate comprehensive reports on programmeperformance, feedback, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Manage the online component of the educationprogramme, including reviewing online units, monitoring tauira engagement and successrates.Provide hands-on leadership and guidance tocreation specialists, overseeing the development of online units.Maintain a mobile presence by regularly visitingsites, fostering visibility and accessibility among kaimahi and tauira.About youYou will bring with you:A bachelor's degree in a field relevant toeducational leadership or support services.Full New Zealand drivers' license.5+ years' experience in a similar role.5+ years' demonstrated experience in staffmanagement ideally, across a wide geographical area within a large complexorganisation.As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingnessto participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of AhuatangaMaori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.This ad mayclose earlier than the closing date deadline if a suitable candidate isidentified.If we'veoutlined a role that matches your skills and capabilities and a workenvironment that appeals, apply today!We look forward to meeting you.A positiondescription can be downloaded below.
