The Manager, Data Platform and Architecture will work with stakeholders throughout Te Putea Matua on how they engage and use our data analytics platform. You will work closely with the wider organisation to deliver the RBNZs information and data strategy through sound data architecture and engineering practice, ensuring the strategy supports current and future business needs.
This role is responsible for leading a team of data professionals to deliver solid data architecture practices to Te Putea Matua and manage the delivery and growth of the enterprise data platform capability.

To be successful in one of these roles you'll have:
Extensive experience of developing progressive data and information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processesExperience of leading a team including architects and subject matter expertsEstablished experience delivering data and information management solutions to large numbers of end usersProven experience with Snowflake, Azure, and DBTExtensive experience in architecting and implementing enterprise data warehouse, Master data management, data integration, BI & analytics, content management and data management platforms, including delivering in cloud technologiesExperience of creating and implementing data strategies that align with business objectivesStrong knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture in both cloud based and on prem solutionsA comprehensive understanding of data warehousing and data transformationExperience of mapping key Enterprise data entities to business capabilities and applicationsNga painga - What we offer
