About this role The primary function of the Business DevelopmentManager is to drive new commercial opportunities that grow diversified revenuestreams, enhance organisational reputation, and strategic positioning withinexisting and new markets building towards a more sustainable business model. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide leadership in the developmentof business and corporate course offering strategies Assessexisting and potential markets Assistwith strategy execution IncreaseTWOA revenue streams outside TEC BAU funding via corporate course offerings Identify,source, develop and progress new course delivery opportunities Negotiatebusiness agreements and commercialise opportunities Identifyand develop partner opportunities with key stakeholders Workwith partners to improve the reach of TWoA and increase the collective valueoffering Writebusiness proposals, tenders, and TWoA business cases Assistwith proposal presentation Develop and ensure commercial and financialmodelling and budgets meet profit expectations Provide commercial focus and assist withfinancial analysis and due diligence Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications: · Bachelor Degree inbusiness, management, or a related field · Full clean Driver Licence Experience: · 5+ years' experience inbusiness or relevant field · 3+ years' projectmanagement experience · Relevant businessdevelopment experience · Relevant relationshipmanagement experience Ahuatanga Maori: · Understands and usesbasic Te Reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalentqualification) · Engages in culturalactivities and has a sound understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, cultureand tikanga) · Ability to embrace aMaori world view underpinned by the values of Te Aroha, Te Whakapono, Nga Tureand Kotahitanga Aposition description can be downloaded below.For more information, please email #J-18808-Ljbffr
