We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Turanga - The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering a parental leave. Tait is a world leader in critical communications, and this role would see you working as part of a global Finance team, based in our state-of-the-art offices in Christchurch. The duties of the role will include: Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the management accounting, treasury and reporting activities of our parent company and New Zealand subsidiaries. Your inquisitive and proactive approach will see you effectively applying your experience and technical skills to provide detailed insight, information and recommendations to support budgeting and forecasting and drive process improvement. Your desire and tenacity to champion finance to deliver operational excellence will ensure you deliver value and support to the team. Your willingness to step in and roll your sleeves up will provide variety and exposure to a wider area of the Tait Group. O pukenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated and highly organised, you will impress us with your strong initiative and flexible approach. Your attention to detail, your dedication to quality and your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
