About the role: This role will be focused on overseeing the maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in managing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs, and optimising equipment performance to support the production goals. Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability. Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to meet production schedules and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels to support planning and decision-making. About you: Our ideal candidate will have a Degree or Technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance or related field as well as having experience with mechanical and electrical systems. You'll also need to have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. Having proven experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be highly regarded for this role. As you'll be working as part of a team, having effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance goals will be the key to your success in this role.
