The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor is a vital part to ensure the smooth running of our Lorneville Plant, reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the key responsibilities of the role include: Leading and supporting a team of Electricians and Automation Specialists. Ensuring the sound operation of all electrical installations and equipment. Managing preventative electrical maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs services throughout the plant. Monitor prestart checks on machinery, diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems and replacement of damage and/or defective components to ensure minimum downtime to business. Being a key stakeholder in a variety of electrical and automation projects. Liaising with and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
