Maintenance Planner - Tokoroa

Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner withinengineering or manufacturing looking for a new challenge!This is a critical role at our CHH Plywood millwhere you'll actively build sound relationships with our site team to determinequality information and planning systems.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll betasked with driving results through determining quality information andplanning systems to enable effective and timely decisions for predictive,preventative and breakdown services.You'll develop and maintain maintenanceplans and systems including the site Computerised Maintenance Management System(CMMS) and actively analyse and report on the maintenance team's performancealong with recommendations for improvements.You will likely be :Trade QualifiedHave a broad appreciation of medium to heavy manufacturing and mechanical processesHave a solid amount of maintenance planning experience behind youKnowledge of Excel and overall systems knowledge including SAP (ideally) or experience with computer-based maintenance management systemsExposure in a process maintenance environmentWorking knowledge of maintenance best practice and efficient planning operationsExperience in estimating and scheduling shutdown work and co-ordinating tasks and labourExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical ability and organisational skillsAn understanding of RCM principles and othermaintenance strategy toolsPreparing and reporting against maintenance budgetsThis role will give you the opportunity to workwith a highly talented team and be exposed to a complex and exciting heavyindustrial manufacturing site.In return for your experience, we offer acompetitive base salary plus a range of employee benefits includingsuperannuation, personal insurances and medical scheme with CHH contributions.Please go to to find outmore about working for us.#J-18808-Ljbffr
