The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will have you overseeing the production plant operations. Applying your technical knowledge, you will cover all reactive and preventative maintenance operations to ensure the plant is running towards full capacity. With a focus on providing innovative products, premium services and delivery, this position places you at the forefront of organisational success and growth.
With a role in which production is reflected by market demand, this position will see you covering various tasks including installation of new machinery, testing and operations support across plant assets, and preventative maintenance in accordance with the plant maintenance asset plan, all while ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
About You This role is seeking a driven and motivated individual who is capable of being a self-starter and enjoys working in a team-based environment. With a background in Maintenance Engineering, this role could see you coming from an FMCG, production or servicing environment, seeking a new challenge in a production environment.
Alternatively, this could see you from atrade qualifed mechanical, Fitter/Turner-style environment with exposure to production machinery, maintenance or heavy fabrication, who is seeking a change within their career and is eager to delve into a new and exciting environment.
