As the Contract Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of 16 and manage the roading maintenance contract with the Southland District Council. In this role, your goal will be to ensure that the work is delivered safely and efficiently while also promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.You will have a strong emphasis on health and safety, and you should be able to program work for your crew successfully.
