Mail Officer

Penrose, AucklandCasualWe are looking for a Mail Officer to work in a part time role based at our Penrose branch. in order to apply you must be available to work between 6:00am - 9.00am Monday to Saturday . The ideal candidate will be reliable and flexible with work hoursDuties:Prepare the work area and mail so it is ready for sorting according to set procedures.Unload cagesSort the mail according to set procedures and service standardsUndertake quality checks of the sort processComplete documentation as requiredContribute to making sure the Store and mail room are tidyWe would like the ideal candidate to display an ability to show initiative and take ownership. This role requires someone who is a team player, hardworking, efficient, neat and tidy.The successful candidate will meet the brand current conduct and performance expectations, and meet all legislation, regulations and codes as they relate to the business.
