The Team:What we do
The Canterbury Regional Cancer and Haematology Service has an active clinical trial and research programme. We are participants in over 20 clinical trials in a range of tumour types across all phases of trial design. We work alongside the McKenzie Cancer Research group in the University of Otago Christchurch School of Medicine in basic science and translational research projects.
The Role:Where you fit in
We are looking for a full-time MacKenzie Research Fellow to join us in both a research and clinical capacity. You will spend 0.8 of your role within Research, and 0.2 in a clinical setting.
Your clinical service will consist of coverage of one medical oncology clinical half day session per week in consultation with the Clinical Director of Medical Oncology.
To be considered for this role you will need to eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
