Machine Operators (Printing)

Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Reporting to the Day Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the hands on running of the converting (flexographic printing) machines ensuring that safety, quality and production requirements are met. You will need to resolve problems as they arise and be able to lead and work well in a small team to ensure that all product is delivered to our customers in full and on time.Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm with weekly pay!Annual health checks + free flu vaccinationsAccess to EAP servicesOn-site parkingSkills & experienceIdeally a Machine Operator background with Flexographic Printing experience if preferable as this role is operating printing machinesBe a keen, energetic individual with an good eye for detail with a mechanical aptitude – good at working with machineryHave a hard working ethic and the willingness to learnPhysically fit and able to lift at least 20 kg as this role is physically demandingHave safety front of mind at all timesExperience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageousAbility to work overtimeDiscover OpalAs part of the Nippon Paper Group, Opal is one of Australasia's leading packaging and paper companies and we employ more than 4,500 team members across our operations.
