Tunnel Network Services (TNS) is the provider of level 1 maintenance, incident response and traffic control services to the tunnel network in Brisbane, (comprising Legacy Way, Go Between Bridge, Inner City Bypass, Airport Link and Clem7) in collaboration with our client.

The Role
The purpose of the role is to supervise a team of Technicians - fire, electrical/mechanical. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance requirements of the project's electrical, mechanical and fire assets in the tunnel network.
As M&E Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure that all safety procedures and measures are applied during the carrying out work such as permit to work, for all the Technicians
Assist in the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This will require you to work closely with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure all work is scheduled in an efficient manner with minimal impact to the business.
Monitor electrical / mechanical maintenance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement to processes and procedures.
Manage the maintenance workshop including the tools, and testing assets, for the Technical teams.
Supervise and ensure the Technicians fire, electrical / mechanical team members to respond to incidents at all times.
Skills, Qualifications and Training
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualification and experience in the Industry
Experience using Maximo
Demonstrate experience / knowledge Tunnel & Shutdown Maintenance
Proven ability to plan, organise resources and follow through on relevant projects
An ability to communicate clearly at all levels and generate a high degree of credibility and confidence appropriate to the role.
Demonstrate experience supervising a technical team within a high-risk working environment
Strong understanding of risk management processes, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control assurance in an operational environment;
Ability to plan and schedule contractors and sub-contractors on and off site efficiently
