Whether you're an existing Territory Manager or someone working in Hospitality and ready to take the next step, we've got an incredible opportunity brewing in the Lower North Island… The Lower North Island Territory Manager will be responsible for maintaining, nurturing and growing new and existing accounts in the Wellington, Whanganui-Manawatu, Taranaki and Hawke's Bay regions. Backed by fifteen Sprig + Fern Taverns and with a strong presence in-stores and online, we're looking for a results-driven individual to take the Sprig + Fern brand to new heights. You'll have a strong sales know-how and a can-do attitude, an ear to the ground for industry trends, a nose for new business and an eye for detail, ensuring every can and bottle sits on shelf *just right*. And perhaps most importantly, you'll live and breathe the Sprig + Fern brand, be an ambassador day-to-day, represent us proudly at events, and champion our award-winning craft beers, ciders and sodas. The skills and experience our new Territory Manager will bring to the table: A strong background in sales and/or account management, preferably within FMCG, or a background in hospitality with an eagerness to learn. An ability to analyse sales trends and data to find and secure opportunities. A high level of organization to plan call cycles that effectively service our customer network in the territory. Confidence in the use of technology – particularly iPad, the Microsoft Office suite, and putting together sales reports. You're a likeable person with good (yet professional) banter, excellent at building and retaining relationships with key customers. We'll also need you to: Have buckets of energy, passion, and a drive to get things done and deliver outcomes in a timely manner. Be engaged and stay connected with the brewery-based team in Nelson – this role is largely remote with a moderate amount of travel time, so we need to know you're confident touching base when needed. Have a clean and valid driving licence – we'll provide the company car. Eligibility to work within New Zealand either as a resident or by holding a current work visa.
