• Monitor security cameras• Follow recovery procedures• Ensure store is running smoothly, safely, and securely• Calmly resolve any issues that may arise• Interact with customers to answer queries
Requirements
• Motivated to learn and grow in role• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods• Excellent communication skills• Prior experience in Loss Prevention is a plus
