Loss & Prevention Analyst

Key focus of the role:
This role is responsible for reviewing and analysing data in relation to loss and damage of parcels. The Loss & Prevention Analyst will need to assist with training and loss prevention strategies in relation to depot operations and will be accountable to the Legal Director and CEO. The main objective of this role is to contribute to the overall prevention of loss and theft of our customers goods within the Fastway network of Australia.
The Loss & Prevention Analyst will be responsible for building relationships with key staff at an operational level and work towards achieving an above average industry standard for loss and theft.
Key Attributes:
Promotes and coordinates the processes by which the Regional Franchise group will adhere to.
Provides objective oversight into the effectiveness of the processes used in the network.
Document all reports related to incidents and investigations for loss, damage and prevention.
Prepare, review and complete all paperwork associated with audits relation to loss.
Presentations to the management team on key risks to the business.
Support Regional Franchises to conduct internal theft examinations and implement preventative measures.
Your Attributes:
Experienced Loss & Prevention Manager who can work within a blue collar environment
Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution and negotiation
Be able to work autonomously and have a "hands-on" approach
Strong attention to detail
Sound computer skills and report writing
