Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) As the Logistics and Procurement Manager for TotalEnergies NZ, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement and logistics operations across the organisation. This role will aim to align these functions with the company's objectives in quality, cost-efficiency, and revenue growth.In this role, you would have the opportunity to:Lead a team of four direct reports, and role model behaviours in line with TotalEnergies' organizational values.Make data-driven procurement decisions, through a combination of software utilization (forecasting and demand planning) and intel from our field teams and customers.Identify areas for improvement in our supply chain and procurement processes with both international and local suppliers.Build and maintain productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and champion the customer experience.Provide and manage forecasting requirements for the business through delivery of accurate and relevant data, analysis, and insights.What You Bring to the Table Our ideal candidate willhave at least five years of proven experience in a customer service, logistics, supply chain, or procurement management role, ideally with national responsibility in a similar or related industry.In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with:Proven experience utilising NetSuite, NetStock, or similar enterprise resource planning software.Demonstrated aptitude for working with stock and inventory management systems.Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on nurturing staff development and an environment of continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, and distribute key learnings to a broad audience.A relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain or procurement management, or a related discipline, is desirable.You do not need to meet all of the role requirements to apply.
