Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Liaise and coordinate outbound consignments Ensure exported containers of products meet all pre-requisites in an accurate and timely mannerPlan and co-ordinate with domestic logistic providers for FCL container movements.Organise documentation supporting sales order requirementsEnsure all data is entered into system correctly and in timely mannerFollow up when necessary to ensure all Customer, Product and Order information that is required is received prior to the confirmation of a sales order.Liaise with internal/external customers Clear communication skills, keeping all parties updatedEnsure our Customers’ information held in our database is current and relevantThe person best suited to this position will possess the following: Customer service experience Previous experience and aptitude for preparing export documentation under food safety regulationsCRM & ERP systems experienceExcellent communication skills If this sounds like you and you are open to contract work, APPLY NOW or call Kate on 027 752 8463
