In this demanding yet fulfilling position, you will oversee more than 65 employees so your leadership skills and ability to motivate, inspire and lead from the front would be crucial to your success in this role. A day in the life of the role: Maximising transport resources effectively and efficiently including truck planning.Optimising warehouse layouts and stock profiling.Implementing improvements to systems, workflows, processes, and scheduling.Controlling and managing Fresh and Frozen Inventory.Maximising labour resources and controlling labour costs.Consider budgetary constraints and manage costs effectively. What will you bring? Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Warehouse/Logistics management.In-depth knowledge of food industry systems and standards.Familiarity with MAF requirements, particularly e-cert documentation.Thorough understanding of stock/inventory control systems.Experience with transport networks and warehouse management systems.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.What do we offer?
