Logistics Dispatcher / Customer Service / Tech Startup

Transfervans is looking for a customer service / dispatcher to join us at our CBD office helping an emerging tech-focused startup to be New Zealand’s #1 customer centric logistics business.
We’re looking for someone to help us over the Christmas period with increased volumes and to provide additional support for the dispatch team. This role may suit a student studying logistics, supply chain or, pure maths…
You’ll be arranging furniture moves and bulky deliveries across Auckland and, as we grow, in cities across New Zealand. You’ll need to be comfortable with speaking to people from all backgrounds and have a great attitude on the phone and an excellent command of English.
Experience of spreadsheets and a willingness to improve processes and come up with new ideas would be an advantage.

Work with the small dispatch team to make sure our seasonal period goes off without a hitch.
This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) based in Auckland CBD, with a rotating schedule Monday-Sunday. Must be flexible with working hours but the most work takes place during the week.
