Responsibilities: Manage incoming orders from customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders in our systems. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize order management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Continuously review and evaluate existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance order management processes. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any in supply chain / business management, or related field. Previous experience in order management is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Vietnamese is high advantageous when collaborating with the Vietnam market Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
