The opportunity
Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager the Logistics Coordinator (Domestic) role is a permanent role which provides 30 hours a week Monday to Friday, daily start and end times to be negotiated. Additional hours are also available during busy periods. In this role you will:
Be responsible for all orders and deliveries within New Zealand.
Liaise with sales teams, warehouse staff and transport companies to coordinate deliveries.
Monitor all deliveries and ensure quality outcomes for our customers.
Generate and authorise domestic distribution invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
About you
You have 2-3 years logistics experience in a demanding operational environment.
You are proficient in shipping or inventory functions and operational administration.
You can confidently build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
You are motivated to succeed and thrive working in a high-performance culture delivering high-quality outcomes
You naturally have high attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers/data and are quick to learn systems and processes.
