Smart Environmental, a 100% New Zealand-owned waste and recycling company, is seeking a new member to join our team in Auckland.About Us• We are a team of 500 operating throughout New Zealand with a mission to protect the planet by diverting waste from landfill• We are customer focussed and resourceful in the work that we do.• We embrace the diversity and all that it brings to the teamAbout the role• Conduct market research to understand competitive rates and industry standards.• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to calculate a fair and viable rate per lift, considering factors such as fuel costs, truck maintenance, type of cargo, and route difficulty.• Defining and monitoring KPIs like safety records, delivery punctuality, and fuel efficiency.
