As a seasoned leader, you will guide and empower a dedicated team of Sales professionals to achieve maximum profitability and expand our customer base within key market segments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with the institute's mission and values, ensuring successful attainment of student enrolment goals.Foster a high-performance culture by providing dedicated leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for your Sales team, maximizing their individual and collective potential.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partner Universities, admission counsellors, and industry leaders, to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new market segments and develop targeted sales strategies for expansion.Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure alignment and leverage their efforts to support your sales initiatives.Regularly monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous growth.Oversee adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and compliant business practices within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales and business development within the education or service industries, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.Passion for the education sector and a genuine commitment to student success.Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.Why Join Us?This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact within a dynamic and growing educational institution.
