Job Description: Essendant, a leading company in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.
