Job Description:

Vista Group International is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat.2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and account management.3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.4. Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive sales.5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.7. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Driven and customer-focused attitude.6. Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to change.7. Team player with strong cooperation skills.8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
